1. That past accomplishments will inspire today’s IP leaders to do even better;

# new year, new look

The world can truly be a small place today. I wanted to refresh the look of my website and puttered around online for someone who could help.

A third-party digital platform that works like Amazon.com connected me to a freelancer in Nepal. The platform rates service providers, provides a secure messaging system, and holds payment in escrow so each side can trust that payment will be made at the appropriate time. Technology allowed two complete strangers to overcome the challenges posed by time, space, and trust.

While face time remains important, this project reminded me that there is more that we can do together, both professionally and personally, regardless of who we are or where we might be.

For those interested in checking out the refreshed site, welcome in! lawdaryl.com
