New Annual Sponsorship – Introducing McAndrews, Held & Malloy as Patron Sponsor
BlogWe're delighted to recognize McAndrews Held & Malloy as an inaugural Patron sponsor. We introduced Annual Sponsorships this year as a novel way for a select group of sponsors to enjoy a high and continuing level of visibility at all our events.
Among other benefits, Annual Sponsors can send their attorneys and invite their clients to join us and learn about the latest IP and privacy strategies, developments, and insights from newsmakers of the day. Of course, these events also open doors to recruitment opportunities, client networking, earning valuable CLE and ethics credits, and much more.
Join us on Friday, March 12 for our Intersections in IP Conference to hear what McAndrews Shareholder Chris Carani has to say!

• Functionality: Designs, Trade Dress, & Copyright
• Infringement: Designs, Trade Dress, & Copyright

IPWatchdog’s “What to Watch in 2021: IP Stakeholders Offer Predictions and Thoughts for the New Year”
BlogWe may see continued seepage of geopolitics woven into IP disputes, particularly over critical technologies, making complex legal disputes even more challenging to resolve. The US also needs a new framework to meaningfully reengage the world on IP issues in a post-Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)and Comprehensive and Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) world.
