World IP Forum | Bangalore, India

Looking forward to joining delegates from the United States and beyond at the World Intellectual Property Forum in Bangalore, India. The Forum’s theme this year is ‘Intellectual Property: The Age of Powerful Techades.’

Indian President Modi, in his speech on his country’s 76th Independence Day, laid out plans for an all-round development of technology in the country, from 5G to electronic chips, from optical fiber cable networked villages to digital entrepreneurship in them, making the present decade a “techade” for India.

Along with John P. Hanish Miku Mehta Mamta Rani Jha Prashant Marathe Aparna Watal Jayakanth Govindarajan Ayan Roy Chowdhury, we’ll discuss IP challenges and opportunities at the digital frontier. I’ll focus on developments in the US and their implications for the Indo-Pacific and beyond. #WorldIPForum #IntellectualProperty #Techade #IPConference #SpeakingEngagement #BusinessNetworking #Innovation #Bengaluru

Thanks to Jeet Agarwal, Navin Agarwal, and their team for bringing us together for these conversations across of whole spectrum of topics. The times we live in make being present and engaged across borders more important than ever. I’m honored to have been invited to help present an award on the opening night. If you’ll be there, I look forward to seeing you then!
