Transatlantic Dialogue on Copyright & the CJEU | Fordham Law
Delighted to join the “Transatlantic Dialogue on Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union” organized by the Emily C. and John E. Hansen IP Institute at Fordham Law School . This event promises an in-depth exploration of the dynamic field of US and EU copyright law and its broad implications, from platform liability to the impacts of the EU’s innovative tech laws like the Digital Services Act and the AI Act.
Looking forward to a rich discussion with Hugh Hansen, Robert Arcamona, Jane Ginsburg, William Patry, and Eleonora Rosati. Additionally, we’ll be celebrating the accolade of Eleonora’s book, “Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union (Second Edition),” which was recently voted the “Best Copyright Book” of 2023 by The IPKat‘s readers.
Join us on February 1st from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at Fordham University School of Law, with a reception to follow. I look forward to the discussions and insights and hope to see many of you there!
