What can the Torah teach us about creativity and an author’s moral rights? Professor Roberta R. Kwall from DePaul University College of Law will discuss the intersection of intellectual property law and the Torah. Focusing on the biblical creation narrative in Genesis, she will discuss the Torah’s views of the relationship between creators and their work.
