Pleased to sit down with Nick Groombridge, one of the nation’s leading trial lawyers.
Over the past 35 years, Mr. Groombridge has been lead counsel in over 150 patent cases in federal district courts, has tried dozens of bench and jury trials, and has successfully argued more than 30 cases in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Groombridge has litigated patents across a wide range of technical areas. He is a frequent speaker on developments in patent law, and has taught courses on patent litigation at both Columbia Law School and NYU School of Law.
