JMLS, in conjunction with Fordham Law School and Texas A&M School of Law, is considering hosting an event centered on legal realism and IP.

We are looking to solicit feedback on this idea, and would appreciate your thoughts on the following questions:

1. What, in your view, is legal realism?

2. What percentage of lawyers and/or academics, do you think, believe in or are interested in legal realism?

3. What role, if any, does legal realism play in IP today?
