I was delighted to join Judge Newman (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit) and Professor Hansen (Hansen IP Institute, Fordham University School of Law) for lunch in DC. We had a wide-ranging discussion.

They serve on the IP Center’s advisory board and had very helpful insights on what we can do next year. There are many pressing challenges in the IP, information, and privacy law space. Law schools are uniquely placed to provide a neutral platform to bring stakeholders together to better understand each other’s core interests and find balanced, meaningful, and lasting solutions.
