IPKat recently reviewed “The Innovation Society and Intellectual Property,” a collection of essays published under the auspices of The European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN).

This volume was edited by Prof. Josef Drexl (Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition) and Prof. Anselm Kamperman Sanders (Maastricht University). I was honored that Josef and Anselm invited me to contribute an essay based on my talk on patent misuse at the European Patent Office in Munich.
