Grateful to Dr. Marion Welp for hosting me to dinner during a recent working visit to Düsseldorf. Marion studied at the law school on an Ambassadorial Scholar Program, and has served as senior vice president and general counsel for the fashion company @esprit. Today, she helps leaders and organizations navigate personal and organizational transformation.
