As I noted in a follow-up interview with Chrissy, the opacity of AI-driven content and limited regulatory oversight make it feasible for governments and tech companies to coordinate in influencing societal norms over time. Ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical AI governance could safeguard against such risks.
