Delighted to be speaking on “Antitrust’s AI Revolution” tomorrow at the “Competition Law in the Digital Era” Seminar co-organized by Shalom Comparative Research Institute, Eliyahu Law & Tech Center, Oxford University’s Centre for Competition Law & Policy, and Fordham Law School’s Center on Law and Information Policy.
The challenges and opportunities that artificial intelligence brings to competition law transcend national borders, just as it does in many other areas. By working together, learning from each other, and having the courage to experiment with new ways of doing old things, we can keep this important area of the law working well for the benefit of us all.
