APALSA

Joined students from the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (“APALSA”) for Novemberfest, an annual event bringing together judges, attorneys, and academics to meet with UIC John Marshall Law School students.

As you might have noticed from our selfie, many of APALSA’s student members are neither “Asian” nor “Pacific,” but nonetheless shared how they were at home enjoying hotpot and bubble tea sessions with their classmates!

Thank you, APALSA President Christina Xiang and her team for inviting me to Novemberfest.

According to Christina, many of APALSA’s board members are interested in IP and will collaborate with other student organizations to have an IP panel in the spring. Sounds like it will be another interesting event.
