Delighted to catch up with the Honorable Diane Wood, Senior Circuit Judge of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and The American Law Institute‘s Director-Designate. Today is the ALI’s 100th Anniversary. As one of its newest members, I’m proud of its mission to bring stakeholders together and to make the law clearer and, therefore, more useful for courts, legal advisors, and the public.
