FALP 2020
The Faculty-Administrator Leadership (FALP) program at the University of Illinois at Chicago offers tenured faculty on-campus mentorship, off-campus exposure, and shadowing opportunities to understand administrative and leadership issues at a university-wide level.
Six months ago, John Marshall was an independent law school and being chosen for a program like this would not have even crossed my mind. Today, I am reminded that the roads of life may sometimes usher us into new, exciting, and unexpected lands. Honored to be part of FALP 2020, and very much looking forward to it. I expect it to open new doors to interdisciplinary collaboration for the IP as well as the IT and privacy programs, and to other new possibilities that may lie ahead.
