The Pennsylvania Bar Association Federal Practice Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and Penn State Dickinson Law present the Federal Practice Institute, designed especially for attorneys who litigate in federal court in Pennsylvania.

Using a hypothetical case, federal judges in the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, academics, and seasoned practitioners review key procedures and practices in federal practice. I’ll be discussing the impact of AI on trial practice and look forward to meeting the Pennsylvania bench and bar.
