Delighted to help launch Penn State Dickinson Law‘s inaugural Faculty Scholarship Exchange Initiative. The Initiative creates a platform to engage with scholars from a network of law schools across a significant segment of the United States. Together with my faculty and staff colleagues and our students, we welcomed Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University Professor Alex Sinha, who delivered an eloquent and engaging presentation on “The End of Government Speech,” forthcoming in the Cardozo Law Review. My colleague Andrea Jane Martin will present “The Child Welfare System and Brackeen: State Legislatures and the Search for Better Outcomes” at the Hofstra Law Spring 2023 Faculty Workshop Series on April 12. We will be cheering her on from Carlisle!
