1 Week to Conference!

Just one week to go before our 63rd Annual IP Conference. Thanks to our speakers, sponsors, and attendees, we’re excited that this may be the best year yet for what is probably the oldest IP conference in the world. We are nearly “sold-out,” but seats are still available: https://ipconference.jmls.uic.edu/2019/

Some highlights:
1. Highly interactive sessions: about 90 speakers from across the country and around the world. The moderated discussions will mirror the format used in the long-running and highly respected Davos World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.
2. Broad and deep coverage: four plenary sessions covering AI, patent, antitrust, as well as copyright and trademark developments. It will also feature nine concurrent sessions in three parallel tracks covering issues including IT and privacy, as well as inhouse counsel and IP management.
3. Transcripts: we will memorialize insights from our distinguished conference faculty and offer a one-stop opportunity to learn what was discussed and debated that day.
4. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, we were able to waive registration fees for a record number of scholarships to students to attend. Students registered come from 14 different schools including 6 Chicago law schools, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, Oklahoma, India, and Nepal.
5. New discounted registration rate for in-house counsel, as well as those from small firms, non-profits, and government officials.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
